Linda's Message
Welcome to the heat of summer. Our usual summer vacation involves camping in our motor coach in the mountains of Colorado where it is cool and we are escaping the 100 degree temperatures of Texas. I am enjoying a well earned time of just sitting and watch the water as the river of life floats by. Spirit requires me to have some down time to prevent burnout and this is the perfect place for me.
This year we are joined by one of our daughters and her family. It is a bit different answering questions from my 2 & 4 year old grandkids about where the fish sleep and can the baby dear eat dinner with us, and why did God painted poke-a-dots on the baby dear, than my typical serious conversations about jobs, relationships and health, so I am greatly enjoying the simplicity of their questions. It reminds me to slow down and value the simple things in life. The flaming marshmallow of a s'more cookie over a campfire can bring such joy to everyone, or so it seems in our family.
Unfortunately for many of you I have very limited internet service here and I have very unpredictable cell phone service. I apologize, because of the busy schedule of last couple of trips and my current vacation location I have not been connected to my emails for the past month. (I know that is Spirits plan for me so I am trying not to panic).
If you have sent me an email I will be delayed in responding. We drove an hour into Gunnison, Co. today to send this out and after my husband, Pat went through my emails to delete the junk mail, I discovered I have 1400 emails left to respond to. Wow, will I be busy on the trip home. I will get started on them in about a week. Please be patient, but if you do not hear from me within 2 weeks please email me back.
It has been a very busy year and we are now preparing to embark on an intense Fall tour of the East coast. I always enjoy getting to see all of my east coast friends, as well as meeting new ones, but we will definitely be busy this year hopping from one city to the next for 3 1/2 months.

Of course, I will not be available in my Austin office for in-person sessions during this time, but I will set aside time in my travel schedule for phone sessions while I am on my tour. For those of you that have already requested phone sessions, we will get you booked as soon as possible in Aug. and Sept.
I will be back in Austin July 23 & 24 for the Body Mind and Spirit Expo and hope to see my home town friends that weekend.
I am excited to start my tour out in August with the Body Mind and Spirit Expos in Chicago and Raleigh. I will be doing a limited number of private sessions before and after the Expos as well as at the Expos. We will then work our way up the East coast to Philadelphia and who knows from there. We hope to be back in Austin by mid Nov.

I am Abraham
I come to you with great love for humanity. From our spiritual perspective, it is a tremendous privilege to have a purpose such as ours. We come to bring knowledge and empowerment to all of humanity and to remind you of your connection to the Divine Source. You are each a spark of the Divine Source so in reality there is no separation between you, only the separation of judgment that humanity has created.
God's desire for humanity is that within each lifetime your spiritual awareness and human consciousness be elevated for the advancement of your soul's journey. We are currently here to assist with this advancement in any way that we can.
At this time we wish to speak with you about empowerment. A demonstration of empowerment can be expressed through a positive thought, emotion, belief or action for the benefit of your life. Yet many of you have difficulty demonstrating positive empowerment within your lives. Divine Source created your soul as part of the energy of the Divine Source itself, yet gave each soul the responsibility of co-creating the life experiences that you desire to learn from. You chose a physical body and all of the experiences for each lifetime as an opportunity to advance to a higher spiritual consciousness. Without these experiences there would be limited evolution of your soul. Your human consciousness comes into the physical aspects of life having no awareness of what you have chosen to experience, yet your higher-self continues to create opportunities and experiences for the advancement of your journey. You are each very powerful co-creators with God, yet many of you have forgotten how powerful you can be. With power comes responsibility.
Is there a purpose to your life and how do you fulfill it? This is the question we have heard so many of you are asking. As you begin each lifetime of your soul's journey a purpose is chosen by your higher-self/soul for that particular lifetime. During your journey many of you become so caught up in surviving the daily challenges of life that your human consciousness forgets that you actually have a purpose to fulfill.
Your higher-self or soul never forgets its chosen purpose and it continually creates opportunities for the advancement of your soul. You typically identify these opportunities as inconvenient challenges, but they are actually very important experiences for your present journey. It is through these challenges that you can learn the most about the beliefs and patterns that control your life.
The experiences that you create in your life are truly for the advancement of your soul's awareness. Each of you have the power within you to create what you desire but few of you recognize this power and you unconsciously slip into functioning in the darkness of your negativity. When you have been exposed to the energy of negativity (either your own or someone elses) for an extended period
of time you become accustomed to it and feel powerless to change it. Even beginning with a small change of energy can be very powerful in changing the energy that affects the situations of your life.
If you desire to take back your power there are tools to help you function within this empowered state. The first tool is learning to connect with your higher consciousness to awaken the knowledge within you. Connecting with your higher-self is connecting with the God within each of you.
This is the Divine Source of all creation and you are a part of this energy. This connection can be attained through meditation, yoga, energy work or even the stillness of prayer. This is a time of stillness created with the intent of reconnecting with your spirit and the God within you.
This can be time spent finding the love and appreciation of self, enabling you to go deeper into identifying who you are and what you desire from life. Many of you seldom go to this place of stillness for unconsciously fear of what you might discover.
This is when you must release all judgment of self and seek only self-love and acceptance. There are always opportunities for change within your life but you must first acknowledge your purpose as the co-creator. Once this knowledge is understood, the realization of how very powerful each of you are is astonishing.
Look at the life you have created for yourself up until now. If you can create a life full of such challenges, just think what you could create with a positive focus and intent.
What is intent? Intent is an energy of thought or action that is focused upon attaining a specific goal. When you begin focusing your energy towards something, you begin the manifesting process of creating it within your life. This energy can be directed on either a positive or negative outcome, as this is your choice, and the focused energy will determine the outcome.
It is your responsibility to have power over your thoughts or actions in setting the intent of creating the outcome that you desire for your life. If you fear something and you give your energy to focusing on what you fear, for that time period you have given away your power to overcome the fear.
If you focus on a positive outcome occurring within the situation, the fear has no power over you no matter what occurs. Your positive energy changes the outcome to some degree. The situation may or may not become exactly as you desired but you have not contributed additional negativity to the situation through your negative, fearful thoughts or actions.
Through the intent of this positive thought or action your life is empowered, as you have made a conscious choice towards creating what you desire. Through practice you become more confident in practicing positive intent for your life.
You must remember how very powerful you are in what you are manifesting for your life. Negative judgment of your worthiness to have what you desire allows negative thoughts to overpower your life. You are able to determine the perspective of how you view any situation. If you look for negativity and darkness within a situation, this is how it will appear to you.
If you consciously make a choice to look at any situation from a positive perspective, you will find something positive to focus on and reinforce the belief that you having the power to change the energy of the entire situation.
I am not speaking of being in a state of denial and evasion of a situation. Become proactive in creating positive energy and empowerment within your life. It is your choice, as this power can be used in all areas of your life.

Who is Abraham:
Every month I have new readers join our newsletter list. I was reminded that not everyone is familiar with the Abraham Group that I work with. I apologize for neglecting to share this important information with you.
Abraham is a group consciousness of high vibrational spiritual beings. That is a long title for a group of beings that work for God. Their purpose is to bring humanity the wisdom and guidance of God for the advancement of our soul's journey. They do not function with ego but much of their work is done though human channels.
